As you see on the router it’s channel no 1 and your laptop is connected to this channel instead of 40MHz wide channel no 3.

Since your wireless card prefers for whatever reasons 20MHz channels it uses the backup one aka standard channel. Anyway- check 40MHz and auto- setting it to 20MHz only is not a good idea.
